The Refiner’s Fire (Week 3)
In Philippians 4, Paul teaches that prayer is the place where anxious hearts are gathered into the peace of God. Since the Lord already knows the outcome, he uses prayer to refine the one who prays, reshaping desire, steadying the mind, and preparing the soul for obedience, endurance, and whatever answer his wisdom has already prepared.
