Be Transformed

When Jesus rescues us, He begins a process within us that takes each of us from where we were to a life that is secure and centered on Him. It is true that Jesus loves us just the way we are, but it is equally true that He loves us too much to leave us that way.

Scripture References: Joel 2:12, Psalms 1:1-12, Romans 12:2

From Series: "Collide"

Since the beginning, the Christian faith has been on a collision course with the culture that it exists within. The values of the world do not align with the values of the Faith. The priorities of the world do not align with the priorities of the Faith. Therefore, we ought not be surprised when we experience conflict and tensions, but instead, we should see them as confirmation that we are doing the right thing. Stay true and live bold. God calls us to live out our faith in the culture around us.

Prayer Leads to Transformation

When we don’t know how to start praying are we trusting in the one who designed it? If we seek to draw closer to God and see transformation in our lives, are we allowing ourselves the privilege of accountability? When we team up… our prayers gather strength, and our focus becomes intentional.

Scripture References: Ephesians 5:17-19, James 2:19, 1 Thessalonians 5:17, Proverbs 27:17, Hebrews 10:24-25, Romans 12:2, 2 Samuel 12:1-31, Philippians 4:11-13, Romans 8:12-17, 2 Samuel 11:1-27, Jeremiah 29:12, Ecclesiastes 4:9-10, Psalms 51:1-19, James 5:16

From Series: "Prayer"

God wants to meet us regularly. We do that through prayer. Before we dive into prayer are we prepared, are we submitting ourselves through accountability, and are we then able to be intentional in our communication with God
